WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING: - Your ability to secure employment, job interviews, or career advancement - Your performance in technical interviews or coding assessments - Your learning outcomes, skill development, or comprehension of materials - The accuracy, completeness, or currentness of coding problems, solutions, or educational content - That our platform will prepare you for any specific job, company, or interview process Any success stories, testimonials, or statistics shared on our platform represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for you. Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your effort, prior knowledge, learning ability, and external circumstances. 7. Trademarks Tech with Saran and Codstak are trademarks of Saranjeet Singh. By using any of these services or subscribing to our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 16. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Codstak.com, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use or misuse of the service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any rights of another party - Any content you submit or transmit through the service 17. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 18.
